I can finally say this out loud. I have released my first book, Design System Step by Step.

This is a concise and practical guide on how to build a design system as a product. It covers the fundamentals, visual foundations, components, tokens, documentation, and scaling within a team. There is no unnecessary theory. Only what actually helps bring structure, clarity, and predictability to interfaces.

But more importantly, this book is the quintessence of my 20 year career in design. I have worked across many design disciplines, explored different directions, and learned from each of them. Yet one thing has always stayed the same. My deep attention to detail. Over time I realized that design systems became the natural outcome of this mindset. They are the place where care, logic, and consistency turn into a scalable result for products, teams, and users.
