This project involved the design of an operator control panel for a logistics monitoring platform used to track and manage freight carriers in real time.

Each vehicle is equipped with a tracker that continuously reports location, movement, idle time, and operational status into the Eagle Eye monitoring system. The core challenge was turning massive volumes of raw technical data into clear, actionable insights for dispatchers and fleet operators.

The platform enables operators to monitor fleet activity, identify inefficiencies, respond quickly to incidents, and optimise daily operations through a single, structured interface.

The design was built around real operational workflows and market-specific constraints, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and reliability under heavy data load.

By transforming complex telemetry into an intuitive control environment, the system helps logistics companies improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain full visibility over their fleets.
