This project involved the design of an internal B2B management platform for a large online communication and dating service.
The platform serves as the central operational workspace for managing client interactions, workflows, and performance across distributed teams. Its main goal was to bring structure, transparency, and efficiency into daily operations that previously relied on fragmented tools and manual processes.
Built as a SaaS product with a companion mobile application, the system supports real-time communication, task management, performance tracking, and quality control — all within a single, unified environment.
By replacing scattered workflows with a coherent operational platform, the product significantly improves coordination, reduces operational overhead, and allows teams to scale communication services reliably and predictably.
