Project
Building a scalable interface architecture across multiple teams and platforms.
The product ecosystem included four interconnected platforms: marketing website, SaaS platform, mobile app, and desktop client.
Over time the product had grown significantly, involving multiple teams and a large number of interface elements. As the system expanded, inconsistencies began to appear across the interface and development workflows.
Key Challenges
Inconsistent visual language across platforms

System Model
To bring clarity and scalability to the interface, I introduced a layered design system architecture separating foundations, reusable components, interaction patterns, and product-level structures.
This structure helped teams understand how interface elements should be created, reused, and evolved across multiple platforms.
Key Architectural Decisions
Rebuilt the component system from scratch
Synchronized design components with Storybook implementation
Separated reusable components from interaction patterns
Introduced structured documentation for components and patterns
Defined a new workflow for designers aligned with system architecture
Introduced AI-assisted UI generation to support system-based design
Implementation
The design system was implemented through a combination of component libraries, pattern documentation, and a structured workflow connecting design and development.
Designers worked with system components directly in Figma, while developers relied on synchronized Storybook components. Documentation provided clear usage rules and interaction patterns across the product ecosystem.
